A digital proof before the plate
A digital Epson proof simulates the print before we make the plates: CMYK + Pantone, ICC profiles, ISO 12647-2 compliance, format up to 420 mm × 25 metres. You approve the colours on the proof — only then do we go further.
Our own prepress and plate-making
Photopolymer plates are made entirely in-house — from imaging to curing. Screen ruling up to 200 lpi, the smallest stable printing dot at 10 microns, perfect reproduction of tonal transitions. The result: quality once reserved for the largest players, now under one roof.
