Crisps
The classic of the genre: a pillow bag of metallised BOPP/BOPP, packed with nitrogen — the gas cushion protects crisps from crushing, and metallisation delivers a strong barrier against oxygen, water vapour and light, meaning longer fat freshness. High gloss and vivid reverse printing work hard on the shelf, and the structure runs stably on fast VFFS machines.
Puffs and pellets
Light, bulky products need a large, stiff bag that neither collapses nor fogs up. We match thickness and barrier to a shorter or longer shelf life, and expressive artwork — often with a product illustration — tells the flavours apart across the whole range.
Sticks and crackers
Sticks are packed in elongated flow-packs or bags of transparent or white high-gloss BOPP — the product stays visible, and the end and longitudinal seals hold despite sharp, brittle shapes. For salted crackers a moisture barrier also matters, so the salt does not draw in water.
Nitrogen, barrier and line speed
Nitrogen-flushed packing demands a tight, repeatable seal — we control the seal window and hot-tack so the gas stays inside and the line keeps running. We confirm the barrier of metallised BOPP structures with testing in our own laboratory, and for the PPWR direction we propose mono-PP variants.
