Tomatoes and boxed vegetables
Lidding film for boxes of cherry, vine or cocktail tomatoes is made with macro-perforation — holes up to 1000 mm let the fruit breathe, reduce condensation and extend freshness without loss of firmness. We print the label and logo straight onto the film, so no separate sticker is needed.
Salad mixes and lettuce in bags
Bags for salad mixes, corn salad or romaine lettuce combine clarity with protection: the customer sees the product, and anti-fog film doesn't mist up in the shop chiller. We form the bags for both manual and automatic packing, with a zip or a plain seal.
Anti-fog — visibility without condensation
Fresh vegetables in the cold always sweat — the anti-fog coating spreads moisture into a thin film instead of droplets, so the product stays visible all the way from the washing line to the shelf. That's the difference between a "nice pack" and a pack that sells in the fridge.
Perforation and product breathing
We match the size and density of macro-perforation holes to the specific vegetable — differently for firm tomatoes, differently for delicate lettuce leaves. Too many holes dry the product out, too few smother it under the film. We set this on a trial run before series production starts.
