Cups, plates and cutlery are usually packed in printed sleeves or collation film — what matters is a strong, even seal and a film that runs true on a fast line. We print LDPE and CPP in full colour, with solid white and opacity, so the brand stays visible even in bulk packs on pallets and wholesale shelves.
Wipes, towels and cleaning accessories
Printed film bags and pouches for cloths, mop refills, towels or bin liners — with euro hangers, side seals or stand-up bottoms. Reverse printing at 150 LPI does not scuff in transport or shelf stacking, and we match the film to the weight and sharpness of the contents.
Sponges and scourers
Sponges, scourers and scrubbers work best in flow-packs on HFFS lines — a soft product, fast pace and frequent colour-variant changes. We control the sealing window and batch-to-batch consistency, so a reel change never stops your line.
Hygiene and mono versions
For hygiene products we offer films and laminates with declarations of conformity, and where required — MarEco monomaterial structures (PE/PE, PP/PP) ready for recycling and PPWR requirements. Unit and collation packaging can stay within one material family.
