Breakfast flakes
Corn and cereal flakes are packed in pillow bags on VFFS lines or as liners for cartons. Enemy number one is moisture — we choose BOPP/BOPP and metallised BOPP/BOPP structures with a water-vapour barrier, so the product stays crunchy to the end of the pack. A window shows the product, and a large, vivid print area sells from the shelf and clearly distinguishes variants.
Muesli and granola
Muesli and granola with nuts and dried fruit also carry fat and aroma — here a doypack with a resealable zip works well, or a bag with a window showing the dense mix. A barrier matched to the nut content protects against rancidity, and a stable seal handles heavier weights.
Rice cakes
Rice cakes are among the most fragile products on any line: they crumble under the slightest pressure. We pack the roll in a flow-pack with matched stiffness and diameter and a reliable end seal — so it survives transport, the shop shelf and the consumer’s backpack in one piece. Transparent film or a printed band shows off the product.
Packing line and mono versions
Breakfast products move fast and seasonally — we control the seal window, coefficient of friction and batch-to-batch repeatability, so a reel change never stops the machine. For PPWR-minded brands we offer MarEco monomaterial structures (PP/PP, PE/PE) with a barrier matched to flakes and cakes.
