BOPP/BOPP, BOPP/CPP, BOPP/BOPP pearl, white and matt, BOPP/PE, PE/PE, PET/PE, PET/BOPP and metallised PET/BOPP/PE. For every customer we build the laminate individually: barrier, stiffness, a window on the product, metallic effect.
Barrier laminates — MAP and vacuum
For modified-atmosphere (MAP) and vacuum packing: combinations of PET, PET EVOH, OPA, OPA EVOH, PA/PE, BOPP EVOH, CPP, CPP EVOH, LDPE and LDPE EVOH. Clarity and gloss, very good thermoformability, excellent sealability and puncture resistance. Packing under MAP and vacuum.
High barrier — including EVOH-free
Structures protecting against oxygen, water vapour and light: a BOPP/PET outer layer, reverse print, laminating adhesive, a metallised or ALU barrier and a CPP/LDPE sealing layer. On request, EVOH-free variants — more economical and easier to recycle.
Laminates for tray sealing
Constructions that bond to the tray during sealing, optionally enhanced with EVOH, ALOx or an ANTI-FOG layer. Three opening options: Easy Peel, Hard Peel and Lock Seal. For fresh food, pharma and chemicals.
Antibacterial and antiviral layers
PP and PET films with an antibacterial and antiviral layer for food contact (AB PP, AB PET) — high-barrier, heat-sealable, with an optional anti-fog and for MAP packing. The result of our EU-funded R&D project.
