About the product

We offer a new generation of mono-material solutions: barrier films and laminates designed for current and upcoming PPWR (Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation) requirements. At the same time, we keep an eye on what matters most: predictability, repeatability and no problems on the packing line. Nobody wants a material that looks good on a spec sheet but generates waste, downtime and complaints in the warehouse or in distribution.

About the product

Mono-PE, mono-PP and mono-PET matched to the product and distribution conditions

We use constructions based on mono-PE, mono-PP and mono-PET. Choosing the material is not a catalogue decision — it follows from the specifics of the product, its sensitivity and its storage and distribution conditions. A pack is designed one way when protection against moisture is critical, and another way when oxygen and aroma retention are what count. Before we propose a final structure, we consider the packing method, line speeds, sealing requirements and how the packaging behaves across a real supply chain.

High barrier without EVOH, aluminium or AlOx

We achieve high-barrier properties without EVOH, aluminium or AlOx layers. In many projects the aim is to simplify the structure and improve recyclability — without constructions that hinder recovery. And the packaging's most important function must not be lost along the way: protecting the product and maintaining its quality. That is why we use eco-friendly barrier dispersions that effectively limit the transmission of oxygen, water vapour and odours while retaining the parameters needed for stable running on packing lines.

Mono-materials for brands that want stability

We know that, on the customer's side, the decision to adopt a new material is judged not only on price but above all on risk, on-time delivery and quality.

We focus on solutions that deliver stability — that is, they don't cause problems on the machines and don't spring quality surprises in later deliveries — which is why we design our mono-materials with batch and repeat-order repeatability in mind, with compatibility with converting and sealing processes, and so that a switch can be carried out without downtime or stress on the production floor. This matters especially in the food, cosmetics and chemical sectors, where packaging stability has a direct impact on product quality, safe distribution and brand image.

They protect against:

• oxygen,
• water vapour,
• odour transmission,
• external factors affecting product shelf life.
